Bellmarc Property Management has formally been appointed to manage two of Manhattan's most prestigious upscale residential properties: 15 East 69th Street, the newly-converted 17-story former Westbury Hotel, and 300 West End Avenue.

According to John Janangelo, president of Bellmarc Property Management, whose property portfolio includes such high-profile buildings as CitySpire and 870 Fifth Avenue, "We are thrilled to add 15 East 69th Street and 300 West End Avenue to our property management roster.

These two landmark buildings are occupied by and continually attract a virtual Who's Who of celebrities, political magnates and VIPs. While co-op/condo boards from buildings of that ilk can be demanding, they are none the less the most rewarding to serve."

Built in 1926, 15 East 69th Street has just been converted to 47 condominium residences offering units ranging in size from two-bedrooms (1,566 square feet) to five-bedrooms (4,500 square feet). The former British chief concierge of The Westbury Hotel, Anthony Pike, will be the lead concierge at the-property, overseeing a staff which will provide hoteltype amenities and services to residents and guests. Other amenities include a catering kitchen for residents' use in preparing in-home parties, a temperature-controlled wine closet, and a fitness center at which personalized training sessions can be arranged.

Average apartments at 15 East 69th Street sell for $3.2 million. At street level, 15 East 69th Street accommodates five exclusive retail shops, namely Cartier, Dunhill, Chloe, Monte Blanc, Sulka and Purdy.

Three Hundred West End Avenue was built in 1909 and converted to a cooperative residence in 1961. The majority of its units are approximately 4,000 square feet in area and average around $3 million.
