Bellflower Terrace Senior Housing Complex Presents Grand Opening Ceremony Thursday, February 27th at 5:00 p.m.

BELLFLOWER, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2003

The Bellflower Terrace senior housing complex, a new 180-unit state-of-the-art active living facility located at the edge of the historic Downtown area, will present a grand opening ceremony for all Bellflower residents and businesses on Thursday, February 27th at 5:00 p.m. The grand opening will be held in front of the community senior center, 16322 Bellflower Boulevard.

The event will include performances by the Bellflower Civic Chorus, a tour of the facility, and a special dedication to name the senior center in honor of longtime Bellflower resident and City Historian, Muriel MacGregor. Charles Brumbaugh, President of the Corporation for Better Housing, and members of the Bellflower City Council will join an expected 300 guests for the ceremony and dedication.

Bellflower Terrace features 166 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a private balcony, central air and heat, stove, refrigerator and emergency call system. The complex also boasts a state-of-the-art media room, fitness center, community room, underground gated parking, and on-site management.
