The WNP solution can operate on a single platform using Bellcore's ISCP ISCP Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists ISCP International Society for Concrete Pavements ISCP Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme (UK) ISCP Integrated Service Control Point ISCP Interference Signal Code Power (R) family of Intelligent Network solutions. Bellcore's WNP solution is designed to help wireless service providers meet the FCC's December 31, 1998 Phase I mandate to deliver calls from their networks to ported wireline subscribers anywhere in the United States.
