NEW YORK -- Bellatrix Media[TM] today unveiled its American Target Network[TM] (ATN), a proprietary unwired network that provides advertisers access to the nation's 48 most watched Cable TV networks for up to half the cost they would ordinarily spend.

American Target Network reaches more than 55 million viewers and has been specially developed for brand, retail and direct response advertisers to deliver unprecedented targeted cost-per-thousands (CPMs) and media ROI (Return On Investment) The monetary benefits derived from having spent money on developing or revising a system. In the IT world, there are more ways to compute ROI than Carter has liver pills (and for those of you who never heard of that expression, it means a lot). . Unlike traditional network delivery and subscriber bases, ATN media plans can be customized on a regional basis, which means messenging can be tailored to a specific geographical region, based on local buying habits and specific retail availability. Buys can be made through ATN on a national, regional or local basis.

"We have created and designed American Target Network for the advertiser's flexibility and profitability," said Rick Pike, Senior Vice President of Bellatrix Media. "In this climate, advertisers need a way to reach their market through the top networks, but at an affordable cost and in ways that truly motivate a local TV viewer. Not only do we provide the means to reach this market, but we do it without sacrificing standard post-buy analysis, tracking and optimization."

ATN advertisers work closely with ATN personnel to create a buy that hits their target demographic in the specific high volume markets with a message that drives sales and leads--as well as brand awareness and influence. Among the networks that are available under the ATN banner are: CNN CNN
