Bellamax Adds Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 2004

Bellamax, Inc., the digital imaging experts (www.bellamax.com), today announced that Randy Lowe has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. In this newly-created position, Lowe will be responsible for all of Bellamax's sales and business development initiatives worldwide.

Lowe brings over 22 years of sales and field operations experience to Bellamax, the last 10 years of which have been at the senior executive level selling to and managing top-tier technology, retail and consumer goods firms. Most recently, Lowe was Senior Vice President, Field Operations for InterTrade Systems, responsible for all customer touch points for this supply chain provider of private commerce hubs for Fortune profile accounts. In this position, he executed software license contracts with Nabisco, Bell Micro Products, Rona Hardware, Brooks Pharmacies, Exel, CDW CDW - data warehouse , HiTec Shoes, Neiman Marcus and others.

Previously, Lowe was Vice President of Sales for Rainmaker Systems, where he profitably grew revenue from initial startup to $100 million via agreements with Novell, Sun, IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , Gateway, Parametric Technology, HP, Intuit, Puma Technologies, Symantec, Sybase, SCO (The SCO Group, Lindon, UT, www.sco.com) A leading vendor of Unix operating systems for the x86 platform. SCO had also offered Linux, but abandoned the line in the spring of 2003.
