Bellacasa Subsidiary, Aquamer, Announces Amended Patent and Supply Agreements.

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- Bellacasa Productions, Inc. (dba Aquamer) (OTCBB:BCSP) a medical device technology company focused on the development and commercialization of a new minimally invasive injectable technology for dermatology, urology and gastroenterology, today announced that, effective March 31, 2006, it entered into amended patent license and supply agreements with Partners in Biomaterials, Inc. ("Partners"), with whom Aquamer has been collaborating for several years. The amended agreements couple the exclusive rights to Partners' advanced polymer technology for the fields of use described above and the technological expertise with respect to the manufacture of the product.
