To pay back by the party who has received it, to the party who has paid it, money which ought not to have been paid. 2. On a deficiency of assets, executors and administrators cum testamento annexo, are entitled to have refunded to them legacies to its customers as part of a unique profit sharing profit sharing, arrangement by which employees receive, in addition to their wages, a share of the net profits of a business. The purpose is to give them an incentive to increase their output through enhanced morale, less wasteful use of materials, better care of plan originally devised in 1994 by The Office of Public Counsel and approved by the Public Service Commission. The Plan divides any BellSouth profits which exceed a sharing point on a 60/40 basis, with the consumer receiving 60% of the shared revenue. The results of revenues earned in 1996 will mean every BellSouth residential customer will receive a credit of between $4.35 to $6.34 for each line and business customers will receive between $11.80 to $17.34 per line in refunds. All customers on BellSouth records as of March 31, 1997 will receive a refund. The refunds will appear as credits in customer's June telephone bills.
