BellSouth (NYSE: BLS) today received the International Engineering Consortium's prestigious InfoVision Award in the "Internet" category at the National Communications Forum in Chicago, IL.
The award was presented to BellSouth for the BellSouth Multimedia Internet Exchange (BellSouth MIX)(sm), the company's state-of-the-art, optically-switched public Network Access Point (NAP) and private Internet Exchange located in Miami, FL.
