BellSouth, Talk Visual Expand Agreements to Alternate Network Arrangements and Key Business Discounts.

 Company President and Chief Executive Officer Eugene Rosov, "Talk Visual is expanding its relationship with BellSouth and with the RBOCs generally. We believe that all of the incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) are excellent potential ISDN providers for our customers, and we intend to carve the same type of local ISDN provisioning arrangements with all the RBOCs as we have with BellSouth. These new agreements allow us greater security in retaining our customers, and also grant us expanded discounts to help boost our margins."

The agreements signed today parallel in scope and two-year time-frame the earlier contract with the BellSouth business division. That contract allows Talk Visual to provide its customers in the BellSouth region with 128Kbps ISDN services with free installation, and a monthly fee no higher than sixty-nine dollars ($69.00). Included in the monthly fee are 9,600 minutes of free local ISDN calls for videocalling and/or for high-speed Internet See broadband.  access. The free local ISDN minutes are for two-channel service: 64K by 64K, or 128K ISDN.

As in the earlier accord, all BellSouth states in the region - Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States.
