Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River The Patuxent River is a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. (75 percent) and Ridley Park, Pa. (25 percent), and is to be completed by March 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command The Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, is the part of the United States Navy which provides materiel support for naval aircraft and airborne weapon systems, such as guided missiles. NAVAIR was established in 1966 as the successor to the Navy's Bureau of Naval Weapons (BuWeps). , Patuxent River is the contracting activity.
