Bell Joins Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson.

PHILADELPHIA -- Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson (DSRB) is pleased to announce that Jeffrey G. Bell has joined the firm as a Managing Director. He has had a distinguished career in executive search, recruiting hundreds of senior executives in the U.S. and globally.

With recognized expertise in the financial services sector, Jeff serves clients in the corporate banking, investment banking, consumer finance and asset management/wealth management sectors, and has recruited client interfacing senior bankers, capital markets professionals, asset gatherers and investment managers. His functional expertise includes C level executives and Board of Directors searches in the financial services as well as many other sectors.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson, Jeff was a Partner at both the Whitney Group and Spencer Stuart. He started his career in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier, he and his partners established and sold their own search firm to a leading UK based firm, Norman Broadbent International. Jeff's career in financial services has included the U.S. Banking Group of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and the Corporate Finance Department of Blyth Eastman Dillon & Co., Inc.

A former Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jeff received his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Vestry of St. Bartholomew's Church in New York City and currently serves on the Executive Committee of The Lawrenceville School's Alumni Association.
