) today announced the appointment of Frank Bell to the newly created position of Assistant Director of Programming. Bell was previously Vice President, Radio Programming for Sinclair Communications (NASDAQ: SBGI SBGI Society of British Gas Industries ).

In making the announcement, Executive Vice-President and Director of Programming John Dickey John Dickey (June 23, 1794 - March 14, 1853) was a Whig member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.

John Dickey (father of Oliver James Dickey) was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
 said, "Frank's extensive experience in overseeing the strategic development of multiple brands, including his in-depth knowledge of market research and marketing, makes him an ideal addition to our corporate team. Bell spent the last 12 years with Sinclair and its predecessor, Keymarket Communications as head of programming. In addition to successful start-ups at KFRG/San Bernardino, WXSS/Milwaukee, WGGY/Wilkes-Barre and WFBC/Greenville, he has guided the long-term success of format-dominant stations like KPNT/St. Louis, WKSE/Buffalo, WKRZ/Wilkes-Barre, WRVR/Memphis, and WLMG/New Orleans. Bell's background also includes owning and operating several small market stations in the 1980's and serving two years with the National Association of Broadcasters.
