:BI) today announced several new management team members, including the appointment of Mitchell I. Rosen as vice president and corporate controller.

Prior to joining Bell Industries, Rosen, 36, was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , responsible for delivering various financial consulting and related services to public and private entities. Rosen will report to Russell A. Doll, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

"Mitch's extensive experience working with technology and distribution companies makes him the ideal candidate for managing our day-to-day financial operations," said Doll.

The company also announced an expansion of its senior management team at its principal business unit, Bell Tech.logix.

Prior to joining Bell, Taylor served as vice president with marchFIRST, responsible for the infrastructure services practice in Indiana.
