Bell Coast Capital Corp.: Nevada Exploration Properties Optioned.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2003

Bell Coast Capital Corp. is pleased to announce that it has secured an elective option to acquire an assignment of variable interests in 7 strategically located mineral exploration properties located in Nevada. Of the properties being acquired four are located on the Battle Mountain Eureka Trend and three are located on the Carlin Trend.

Two of the properties are currently subject to Joint Venture Agreements and others are held subject to Underlying Option Agreements.

For each property assigned to Bell Coast, Bell Coast is required to make annual payments of US$55,000 per year and issue and allot 82,500 shares of its capital stock annually for 4 years. The cash payments and share issuance's related to a maximum of 5 properties even if Bell Coast elects to acquire all 7 properties.

Up to an additional US$3,000,000 may be due and payable if any one of the properties are determined to have a resource of up to 3,000,000 troy ounces.

Bell Coast's election to acquire any one of the properties will be conditional upon proper terms being negotiated with the vendors and royalty holders under Underlying Agreements.

One of the properties is subject to a Joint Venture Agreement which requires that Bell Coast post immediately US$175,000 in trust to secure an exploration commitment due to be completed in 2003 if it elects to obtain that property. Bell Coast has made arrangements to post that security.

A prior drilling program designed to test a NNE-trending structural zone consisting of 13 holes drilled on one of the properties encountered the following results:

Under the terms of the letter of intent, Bell Coast will assume the lease obligations on exploration offices located in Elko, Nevada and assume responsibility for consulting fees currently being paid to a staff geologist in the exploration office.
