The 6.15 percent Debentures, Series M-2, will be dated June 8, 1999, will mature June 15, 2009 and will be issued at a price of 99.754, for a yield to the investor of 6.183 percent. A pricing supplement relating to this issue will be filed by Bell Canada with the various securities commissions in all provinces of Canada.
