Netlink is marketing the bundled services to building owners and managers who want to offer occupants turnkey and hassle-free telecommunication access at reduced prices. Among the buildings where contract shave been signed in conjunction with Bell Atlantic for this service are Westchester Towers in Yonkers, N.Y. and the Fairmont and the Hampton in Hackensack, N.J. Other projects initiated by Netlink themselves include 53 North Moore and 285 Lafayette in Manhattan, the Promenade and Towne Centre in Edgewater, N.J., White Hall in Hackensack, N.J. as well as a number of buildings in Ling Island and Brooklyn N.Y. near contract completion. Fisher also indicated the company is weeks away from signing an additional 20 contract.

Consumers today want a faster and easier way to log on to the Internet for such daily tasks as electronic shopping and banking, while professionals who work at home need access to the Internet that's as fast as if they were working at an office.

Netlink handles all equipment ordering, on-site installation and testing. Once the installation is completed, the firm monitors the customer's service around-the-cook clan provide additional service such as Websites, Domain Name Service, E-mail, Virtual Private Network systems and Ling Distance Service.

"We install all the necessary hardware to provide Internet access at speeds of 1.544 Mbps (T-1)," Fisher said. "In the Greater N.Y. area there are hundreds of apartment building and thousand of coops and condos that we believe are perfect candidates for this bundle of services. This gives owners an edge when they are selling or renting to prospects."
