) announces the appointment of Michael A. Dering as president and chief executive officer for its Cleveland-based Bell & Howell Publication Systems Co. (PSC (Public Service Commission) Same as PUC. ).

In his new post, effective July 15, Dering will oversee all operations in the development and marketing of the company's information access systems for the automotive and powersports dealer markets. Dering will report to James Roemer, president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
