Micromuse Inc. After a competitive analysis of available technologies, Broadnet implemented Micromuse's flagship Netcool/OMNIbus(TM) application, along with the Netcool/Internet Service Monitors(TM) (Netcool/ISMs) suite and the Netcool/Impact(TM) application.
