Just shortly over a year after its acquisition, Michael Belfonti, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Belfonti Associates, has announced the sale of approximately 10 acres of land at 1035, 1045, 1055 and 1065 Kennedy Road Kennedy Road may refer to:

In announcing the sale, Michael Belfonti commented: "When we originally acquired the property, we knew it had enormous potential for a free-standing restaurant or another commercial pad site A pad site is a freestanding parcel of commercial real estate located in the front of a larger shopping center or strip mall. Desirable because of their visibility to consumers, accessibility, and the ease of facilitating drive-thru service, pad sites are typically sought after by . The Kennedy Road corridor is and will continue to be a central artery for economic development in the region."
