Belenos Announces Appointment of Dean McCausland as First CFO.

QUINCY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2000

The announcement of Dean A. McCausland as chief financial officer of Belenos, Inc., was made today by Brian P. Costello, president and chief executive officer.

McCausland will become the first CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of the company, which was founded in 1998 as Sterling Network Group. He will be responsible for all of the company's financial and administrative activities. To support Belenos' rapid national expansion plan, McCausland will oversee the company's financing activities, internal and external financial reporting, and shareholder relations.
