(BWC BWC Biological Weapons Convention BWC Bureau of Workers Compensation BWC Best Workplaces for Commuters (EPA/DOT program promoting commuting efficiency) BWC Beauty Without Cruelty (skin care product company) ) after the close of trading on Friday, Feb. 21, 1997. Norand Corp. is being acquired by Western Atlas (WAI WAI Web Accessibility Initiative (W3C) WAI Where Am I? WAI Wales Arts International (UK) WAI Women in Aviation, International WAI Warm Air Intake WAI Web Application Interface ), a component of the S&P 500 Index, in a friendly cash tender offer scheduled to expire on that date. Belden designs, manufactures and markets wire, cable and cord products for electronic and electrical products. The company, which is headquartered in St. Louis, will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 Electrical Equipment industry group in the Capital Goods Capital Goods Any goods used by an organization to produce other goods.
