Something that is not recession proof is upscale dining, but one local restaurant and bar has just gained a mention in a new book that just came out. Bel Ami Restaurant & Lounge was mentioned in Food & Wine 2009 as one of the top 100 bars in the country. You know national attention about local things can reflect little about what's going on What's Going On is a record by American soul singer Marvin Gaye. It's guaranteed to be open until midnight Friday and Saturday. Bel Ami cut its hours and menu in March. This weekend is the "soft opening" for Keystone Cafe's new musical offerings.
