In launching an aggressive round of lateral recruitment, Beirne, Maynard & Parsons announced today the addition of Don S. Zimmerman, former associate general counsel with Phillips Petroleum Company Phillips Petroleum Company was founded in 1917 by L.E. Phillips and Frank Phillips, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
