Behrman Capital Names Milan Mandaric Operating Partner; Successful Entrepreneur and Investor In Outsourced Manufacturing Industry.

 and SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1998-- Behrman Capital, a private investment firm focusing on emerging growth companies, today announced that Milan Mandaric has joined the firm as an operating partner.

Mr. Mandaric, 59, has had extensive operating experience in the outsourced manufacturing industry and also has been a highly successful entrepreneur and investor in "start- up" companies. As an operating partner at Behrman Capital, he will be involved in finding and evaluating potential acquisition candidates and developing new platforms in the outsourced manufacturing sector for the firm's continued expansion. He will also work with existing portfolio companies to add value and will act as a non-executive chairman or board member for new portfolio companies.
