Behringer Harvard launches new site.

Behringer Harvard announced the launch of its new company Web site at behringerharvard.com.

The new site provides enhanced services to investors, broker-dealers and registered representatives in the firm's extensive selling group and to professionals in the real estate community. Among many new features, this more robust site provides investors with secure online access to current information about their accounts.

This functionality is a result of Behringer Harvard's industry-first relationship with DST Systems, the nation's largest third-party provider of mutual fund transfer agency services. In February, Behringer Harvard became the first non-listed REIT management company to have its products on the DST Systems recordkeeping platform.

Financial professionals in the company's selling network can use the new site to obtain secure access to Behringer Harvard AccountVision. This tool supplies a customized view of DST Vision, one of the financial services industry's most widely used online account management tools for intermediaries. Selling group members can use the site to enroll and receive a new DST Vision ID, or those with current access to DST Vision can use their current Vision ID and password to access account information.

"Access to account information for both investors and financial professionals is just the first of many convenient services we plan to offer through the site."

The property portfolio section has been expanded and the site also features a new Education Center, a new Press Room, and a new service providing improved access to SEC filings.
