The Atlanta office market is seeing a recovery in occupancy and also experienced positive absorption in 2004. Lisa Dunavin, Sr. Vice President of Office Project Leasing for Trammell Crow will lead the leasing of the property along with Sonia Winfield, marketing associate. Ashford Perimeter is a Class A, 288,175 square foot office building that recently received a $3.03 million upgrade and is currently 86.5 percent leased. The buildings tenants include Verizon, XO Communications XO Communications is a United States telecommunications firm and one of the largest Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in the country. It is owned by XO Holdings, Inc OTCBB: XOHO. , Noble Systems and Coalition America, Inc.

With quick access to I-285 and Georgia 400, as well as the area's abundant amenities including more than 250 retail establishments and restaurants, and one of the top 10 retail markets in the U.S., the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta, Ashford Perimeter is located at the core of the metro area's most desirable office market. Ashford Perimeter also has eight hotels in its immediate area ranging from the W Hotel to the Westin.
