Behringer Harvard Adds Las Colinas Corporate Campus to Short-Term Opportunity Fund Portfolio.

Behringer Harvard today announced that Behringer Harvard Short-Term Opportunity Fund I LP has completed a purchase of the 15.3 acre Citigroup office complex in the Las Colinas Las Colinas is a developed area in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas. Jon Dooley, Behringer's senior vice president of real estate, expects the property will attract a great deal of attention, especially from companies outside of the Dallas area. "Las Colinas is the largest, and most prestigious, suburban office center in the DFW metropolitan area," noted Dooley, "and has a history of attracting corporate relocations. These factors and the property's outstanding features made this a very attractive investment."
