Behringer Harvard Acquires Landmark Center Complex in North Dallas; Properties Enjoy Prime Location on Major Thoroughfare.

DALLAS -- Behringer Harvard announces its acquisition of Landmark Center I and II, two commercial office buildings located at 18581 and 18451 Dallas Parkway in Dallas.

The two-story buildings, developed in 1998, provide a combined total of 257,427 square feet of rentable space. The properties are 100% leased by CompUSA, a leading supplier of consumer electronics and high-tech entertainment products.
