These entities are or will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the newly established Behring Diagnostics GmbH. Behring Diagnostics GmbH is the new management company for the diagnostics business within the Hoechst Group's life sciences business. Hoechst Marion Roussel, Behring Diagnostics, Hoechst Roussel Vet, and AgrEvo make up the Hoechst Group's life sciences business.
