Behring Diagnostics Establishes Legal Entities in Several European Countries.FRANKFURT, Germany--(BW HealthWire)--Jan. 21, 1997--Behring Diagnostics GmbH, today announced the creation of several legal entities in the company's designated Europe Region II/Africa Region. These entities are or will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the newly established Behring Diagnostics GmbH. Behring Diagnostics GmbH is the new management company for the diagnostics business within the Hoechst Group's life sciences business. Hoechst Marion Roussel, Behring Diagnostics, Hoechst Roussel Vet, and AgrEvo make up the Hoechst Group's life sciences business. Heinz Heuser is head of Europe Region II/Africa for Behring Diagnostics GmbH. In this region, three new legal entities are now established: Behring Diagnostika Hellas A.B.E.E., based in Athens, Greece, and managed by Frank Nuhs; Behring Diagnostika Polska GmbH, based in Warsaw, and managed by Peter Szulc and Waldemar Dobrzynski, and Behring Diagnostics Finland Oy/Ab, based in Helsinki, and managed by Anja Terhonen.
