Behr Chooses Equant IP VPN to Connect 14 Global Sites; Behr Extends Contract to 2005 with IP Convergence Solution.

Equant (NYSE: ENT) (Euronext Paris: EQU), an industry leader in global data and IP services for multinational businesses, has extended its contract with Behr GmbH & Co. KG to 2005 and connects 14 sites on four continents with Equant IP VPN and Voice for IP VPN.

Behr, a leading specialist for automotive air-conditioning and engine cooling systems, is Equant's 750th IP VPN customer. The Equant IP VPN, with five differentiated classes of service, will interconnect sites in Europe, South Africa, South America and the U.S. with Behr headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.
