Behlen Mfg. Co. Selects nFinanSe to Deliver Pay Card Program.

TAMPA, Fla. -- nFinanSe Inc. (OTCBB:NFSE), today announced that Behlen Mfg. Co, a $200 million global steel manufacturer located in Columbus, Nebraska that exports to more than 70 countries, has signed an agreement with nFinanSe whereby nFinanSe will provide pay cards to Behlen Mfg. Co. employees nationwide.

Behlen Mfg. Co. plans to offer the nFinanSe Pay Card as an alternative to traditional paper checks, thereby providing their employees with the cost savings, convenience, flexibility and security of a card-based program. The new program, which is scheduled to commence in the Spring of 2008, will offer Behlen Mfg. Co. employees the option of having their payroll electronically deposited onto an nFinanSe Pay Card. Participating Behlen Mfg. Co. employees will receive an nFinanSe Discover[R] Network Pay Card which can be used to make purchases at millions of merchant locations nationwide and to access cash at ATMs nationwide displaying the Discover[R] Network, PULSE[R] or STAR[R] Network logo.

According to Jerry Uffner, Senior Vice President of Sales for nFinanSe, "In addition to the traditional features of a pay card, Behlen Mfg. Co. employees will also enjoy an exclusive suite of features and benefits through nFinanSe which are not typically offered to cardholders participating in other pay card programs. Specifically, on pay day, Behlen Mfg. Co. employees will receive summary paystub messages to their cell phone and/or email addresses with gross pay, deductions, hours and net pay information. Additionally, after making a purchase or transaction with their nFinanSe Pay Card, employees will receive a message to their cell phone and/or email address alerting them of both the amount of the transaction and the remaining balance on their pay card. Finally, our newest feature enables employees to consolidate all of their income sources onto their pay card via the nFinanSe Network[TM]. Behlen Mfg. Co. employees can go to any nFinanSe Network[TM] location and load funds from a second paycheck issued by a different employer or cash from other activities to their pay card."

With the nFinanSe Discover[R] Network Pay Card, Behlen Mfg. Co. will reduce or eliminate administrative costs typically associated with the issuing and distribution of paper paychecks, while simultaneously increasing employee direct deposit participation. Additionally, all employees will have access to "nFinanSe U", a bilingual educational website using 30 second video clips created to explain the features and benefits of a pay card and how to use a pay card.
