Frank ("Frankie") Andrew Parker (born on January 31, 1916 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA – July 24, 1997) was an American male tennis player.

Morning daily newspaper, long the U.S. newspaper of record. From its establishment in 1851 it has aimed to avoid sensationalism and to appeal to cultured, intellectual readers.
 Detroit News and the Discovery Times. Frank has spent the last year documenting the lives of two brothers living within a small homeless community in Detroit's Eastern Market.

Prior to pursuing photography, Frank worked as a cook in the U.S. Army and as a database developer for Ford Motor Company. A graduate of the College for Creative Studies (with many thanks to the Veteran's Administration), he currently resides in South Warren with his wife and two amazingly goofy Goofy
