Frank ("Frankie") Andrew Parker (born on January 31, 1916 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA – July 24, 1997) was an American male tennis player. during the Detroit International River Days Festival (June 22-27) from a boat on the Detroit River Detroit River River, southeastern Michigan, U.S. Forming part of the boundary between Michigan and Ontario, Can., it connects Lake St. Clair with Lake Erie. His work has appeared in the New York Times, the New York Times, The Morning daily newspaper, long the U.S. newspaper of record. From its establishment in 1851 it has aimed to avoid sensationalism and to appeal to cultured, intellectual readers. Detroit News and the Discovery Times. Frank has spent the last year documenting the lives of two brothers living within a small homeless community in Detroit's Eastern Market.
