WHEN Birmingham & Solihull take on Moseley at Sharmans Cross Road Capacity
Sharmans Cross Road has been viewed by many as one of the worst grounds in Division 1 for several years due to the fact that the 1st XV pitch was simply a field with one "bus shelter" like construction on one side of the ground.

Earnshaw, though, still thinks Bees can survive in the Championship despite the added handicap.

"If I did not think we could I would not be doing it," he said.

"Once there is some stability then he will be looking to bring in players to strengthen the squad and picking up points ahead of what looks like a crucial run-in.

"We will be looking at targeting the last six matches of the season and we have the players here who can play in those sorts of matches," continued Earnshaw.

"We are scoring tries but the defence is an issue we need to resolve."

Tomorrow Earnshaw is hoping to have Ben Jones in his squad after the ex-Worcester and Doncaster scrum-half, who is back in the area, agreed to play along with Worcester fullback Mike Penn.
