:BRFE) announced it has terminated the stock purchase agreement for Net Cert USA, Inc. previously announced and has sold its percentage holdings for the return of the shares it originally issued for the purchase in November 2004. The shares will be returned to the treasury. The audits that were required to complete the transaction were not forthcoming.
