Beechwood Youth U14s 4, Thornaby Central 0 IN a top-of-the-table clash, Beechwood Youth Under-14s entertained Thoraby Central last weekend.

Beechwood started strongly and scored as early as the second minute when Danny Kirk headed home.

Beechwood continued to dominate in all areas and Conner Janes was a constant threat up-front. But it was the unexpected Cameron Wild who stole the headlines scoring Beechwood's second with a thunderous 45-yard shot and then got his second with a header from a corner.

The second half saw Thornaby threaten but Beechwood held firm and it was Wild who completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot to snuff out any chance of Thornaby fighting back.
