The company reported net income for the second quarter of 1995 of $616,000 on rental revenues of $2,616,000, compared with net income of $565,000 on rental revenues of $1,976,000 for the second quarter 1994. For the six months ended June 30, 1995, net income was $1,222,000 on rental revenues of $5,278,000, compared with income of $961,000 (before a gain on sale of $1,193,000 from the sale of real estate investments) on rental revenues of $3,832,000 for the six months ended June 30, 1994.
