:BED) announced today the purchase of a 95,746 sq. ft. industrial building in the Butterfield Business Center in Tucson, Ariz. for $5,159,000 or $53.88 PSF.

The building is currently 100% leased to four tenants: Max Serv, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

In addition, the company has four projects under construction, which will be completed in the 4th quarter of this year, with a total cost basis of $23MM. BPI currently owns seven properties in Arizona.
