:BED) today announced that James R. Moore, its President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

, has announced his intention to retire in July 2005. Starting in the third quarter of 2004 Stephen M. Silla, the Company's Senior Vice President, Acquisitions will begin the transition process to take over the operational responsibilities of Mr. Moore. Concurrently with Mr. Silla's assumption of new responsibilities, Rod Diehl, a Vice President and Regional Manager for the Company, will be transitioning to take over Mr. Silla's current duties with respect to acquisitions and dispositions.
