The nomination process is now open. Elections for the following ACTE Board of Directors positions will be held in the spring of 2007:

* President-Elect pres·i·dent-e·lect
n. pl. pres·i·dents-e·lect
A person who has been elected president but has not yet been inducted into office.
: serves a one-year adj. 1. completing its life cycle within a year.

Adj. 1. one-year - completing its life cycle within a year; "a border of annual flowering plants"

 term beginning in July July: see month.  2007 followed by one year as president and one year as past president.

* Region III Vice President: serves a three-year term beginning July 2007.

* Region IV Vice President-elect: serves a three-year term beginning July 2008.

* Business Education Division Vice President: serves a three-year term beginning July 2007.

* Family and Consumer Sciences Division Vice President: serves a three-year term beginning July 2007.

* New and Related Services Division Vice President: serves a three-year term beginning July 2007.

* Technology Education Division Vice President-elect: serves a three-year term beginning July 2008.

* Trade and Industrial Education Division Vice President-elect: serves a three-year term beginning July 2008.
