Becker Underwood, Inc., an Ames, Iowa-based manufacturer of specialty colorant and bio-agronomic products, has aligned its recently acquired international facilities and product lines. MicroBio Group Ltd., acquired in 2000, has officially assumed the Becker Underwood name and the company has unveiled its global brand positioning program. The MicroBio brands, including rhizobium inoculants and beneficial nematodes nematode /nem·a·tode/ (nem´ah-tod) a roundworm; any individual of the class Nematoda.
nem·a·tode (n m , will be sold under the Becker Underwood name. Facilities in Saskatoon, Canada, and Littlehampton, U.K., will continue operations. Former MicroBio headquarters in Cambridge, U.K., has been consolidated with its recently upgraded production facility in Littlehampton.
