Becker Powloki Przemyslowe starts work on new factory.

Becker Powloki Przemyslowe celebrated the start of the construction on its new factory in Tarnow, in southern Poland. The value of investment will be approximately $5.7 million. Becker Powloki Przemyslow was formed in April 2000 to serve the Polish coil and special markets.

Located in Warsaw, the company had been organized primarily as a distribution center combined with a technical and application laboratory capable of modifying and testing paints for plastics and metal. The new factory is expected to be commissioned in October, working up to full production by December.
