Nickerson inks

endorsement deal

Eugene-based Innovative Sports Inc. has signed former Oregon State pitcher Jonah Nickerson to an endorsement deal to promote its products, including "The Heater," a heated pitching sleeve used by pitchers to keep their arm warm between innings.

Nickerson and other Oregon State pitchers used "The Heater" throughout the College World Series as the Beavers won the national title. Nickerson earned most valuable player honors at the CWS CWS Chicago White Sox
