Beaver County Man Wins Lottery's CASH 5 Jackpot.

MIDDLETOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2002

Milton E. Livingston, 52, of Beaver Falls Beaver Falls, city (1990 pop. 10,687), Beaver co., W Pa., on falls of the Beaver River near its junction with the Ohio; settled c.1793, inc. 1868. A steel center in an area of coal mines, natural gas deposits, and clay pits, it is known for its cold-drawn steel.  is the winner of the Lottery's CASH 5 jackpot prize from the February 4, 2002, drawing.

The total jackpot was worth $242,533. The winning CASH 5 numbers were 1-3-24-28-35.

Mr. Livingston will receive his winnings check from the Pennsylvania Lottery The Pennsylvania Lottery is the state lottery of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It was created by the Pennsylvania Legislature on August 26, 1971 and that October, Henry Kaplan was appointed as its first Executive Director. The Lottery premiered on March 7, 1972.  on Friday, March 22, 2002, at 10 a.m. during a formal presentation at the Buy-N-Fly, located at 2535 Constitution Boulevard, Beaver Falls, where the ticket was purchased.

His uncertainty prompted him to drive over to the retailer for verification, only to find his mind was as sharp as ever!

With his Lottery winnings, Mr. Livingston will make a donation to the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, in memory of his daughter Christine. He confesses, "Since she passed away 16 years ago, I've always wanted to make a donation in her name, and now I can, thanks to the Lottery!" In addition, Milton would like to pay off his mortgage and take a trip to Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. .

He is employed by First Transit, a bus transportation company, as a supervisor. Milton has a son and two grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. To play CASH 5, players select five numbers from 1 to 39. Players must match all five winning numbers drawn to win the top jackpot prize. CASH 5 jackpots start at $100,000 and continue to roll until someone wins. The Pennsylvania Lottery also pays players for matching four-, three- and two-of-five winning CASH 5 numbers.
