Beauty boutique opens another Upper East Side store.

ZE Realty Group, LLC, a partnership between retail broker, Scott I. Edlitz, and Donald Zucker, owner of Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation, negotiated a long-term lease for ground floor space at 1574 Third Avenue to Ricky's Urban Groove

The edgy beauty supply purveyor continues to expand--this 2,200 s/f of space marks the store's 21st store nationwide, with locations across New York City, The Hamptons, and Miami.

Situated on Third Avenue between 88th and 89th Street, Ricky's will be welcomed by the beauty-conscious Upper East Side crowd.

The store, set to open this spring, is surrounded by a bevy of trendy boutiques and restaurants, including XXX. "We are thrilled to help Ricky's find another location in a neighborhood that has brought them so much success," said Scott Edlitz, managing principal of ZE Realty.

"Ricky's Upper East Side stores have rapidly become a destination for tourists, fashionistas, as well as neighborhood locals." Edlitz, along with Trish Naudon, Associate Director of ZE Realty, was the exclusive agent for Ricky's, also representing the landlord, Solex Properties.
