Beaufield Cons Expands Holdings in Urban Township.MONTREAL -- Mr. Jens Hansen Reports: Acquisition of Additional Gold Claims in Urban Area. Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc. The acquisition is subject to the normal regulatory approvals. Beaufield already owned a 100-per-cent interest in 389 claims totalling 6,224 hectares in the Urban area, bringing total holdings in the area to approximately 12,000 hectares, making Beaufield the largest landholder in the camp. The acquisition cost includes a total of $32,040 to cover reimbursement of staking costs, a total of 200,000 shares of Beaufield and a total 1.5-per-cent net smelter returns royalty (NSR NSR abbr. normal sinus rhythm NSR Normal sinus rhythm, see there ) to the stakers. The newly acquired claims adjoin existing Beaufield holdings and also adjoin claims held by Noront, Murgor and Freewest which are currently active following recent exploration success (see Noront news in Stockwatch Oct. 21, 2004 -new gold zone discovered -13.4 metres of semi-massive sulphide grading 8.55 grams per tonne (g/t) gold).
