The transaction is consistent with the component of Beasley's acquisition strategy which calls for the Company to selectively acquire large-market AM stations serving niche demographic groups with specialty programming. In other markets, Beasley has successfully enhanced its broadcast cash flow margins by selling blocks of programming (brokered programming) on AM radio stations to providers of health, ethnic, religious and other specialty programming. WWNN-AM is a brokered station focusing on health talk, featuring programs that discuss medical information, vitamins and traditional and non-traditional medicines; WHSR-AM is a brokered station focusing on international programming; and, WSBR-AM is a brokered station focusing on financial topics, including investment strategies and financial services, as well as news, traffic and weather information. Beasley does not anticipate making any format or personnel changes at this time.

George G. Beasley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We're very pleased to welcome the operating teams from WWNN WWNN World Wide Node Name

and WSBR WSBR Willow Springs Boys Ranch (Chandler, OK)  to the Beasley family. Since entering the Miami market in 1986, Beasley has established itself as the number two radio company in the market, and with the additions of WWNN and WHSR, we are well positioned to continue our growth. Additionally, we are delighted to close on WSBR in West Palm Beach, as it represents Beasley's presence in its fifth top 50 market."

Founded in 1961, Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. is a radio broadcasting company that, upon completion of pending transactions, will own or operate 42 stations (26 FM and 16 AM) located in eleven large- and mid-size markets in the United States.
