Beartooth Platinum Corporation (TSXV: BTP) today announced changes to strengthen its Senior Executive team and Board of Directors. Beartooth Platinum Corporation is a Canadian company that explores for Platinum Group Metals (PGM) in the Stillwater Igneous Complex The Stillwater igneous complex is a large ultramafic to mafic layered intrusion located in southern Montana in Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Park Counties. The complex is exposed across 30 miles (48 km) of the north flank of the Beartooth Mountain Range.  of Montana and for gold in Idaho, USA. The Company's core asset is a significant land holding of over 14,000 acres in the Stillwater Complex of Montana. Within this land package exists numerous untested PGM zones with excellent near term discovery potential and several advanced stage exploration targets. The market fundamentals for PGM and gold are strong. With few exploration companies offering highly prospective PGM and gold targets, the Company is uniquely positioned for growth.

Mr. Stan Bharti, P.Eng. has been appointed President and CEO of Beartooth effective October 18, 2004. Mr. Bharti is a professional Mining Engineer with over twenty-five years experience managing and financing mining operations with international organizations, including Falconbridge Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Bharti was President of Desert Sun Mining Corp. (TSX:DSM 1. DSM - Data Structure Manager.

He has held senior positions with Wood Gundy Capital Management, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce TSX: CM NYSE: CM, better known to most customers as CIBC, is one of Canada's major banks. CIBC is classified as a Domestic Chartered Bank (Schedule I).  and Canada Trust Investment Group. Mr. Dunlop is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Western is one of Canada's leading universities, ranked #1 in the Globe and Mail University Report Card 2005 for overall quality of education.[2] It ranked #3 among medical-doctoral level universities according to Maclean's Magazine 2005 University Rankings.  and he received his F.C.S.I. designation in 1985.

Mr. Gerald P. McCarvill, Chairman. Mr. McCarvill has more than 20 years experience in the financial sector holding senior positions with major investment firms including as a member of the executive committee of Wood Gundy. Most recently, Mr. McCarvill was CEO of McCarvill Corporation, a diversified financial services company and previously was CEO of Repadre Capital Corporation, a successful mining royalty company.

Mr. John Andrews, P.Eng. Mr. Andrews has been involved in various senior managerial capacities for over 30 years with several public resource companies in the United States, South Africa and Canada. Recently, from 1993 to July 1999, he was President, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Keith C. Minty, P.Eng. Mr. Minty has over 20 years mining and financial experience in operations, engineering and management in North America and overseas in both open pit and underground operations. He was the President and CEO of North American Palladium Ltd., and was instrumental in developing this company into Canada's largest primary palladium producer. In 2000, Mr. Minty was received the prestigious "Mining Man of the Year" award from "The Northern Miner" in recognition for developing North American Palladium Ltd. into a significant world palladium producer. Mr. Minty was previously President and CEO of Beartooth.
