BearingPoint Named as Top 10 Most Trusted Management Consulting Firms in China by the China Enterprise Confederation.

MCLEAN, Va. & SHANGHAI, China -- BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE:BE), one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms, announced today that BearingPoint China has been recognized by the China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) and the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) as one of the "Top 10 Most Trusted Management Consulting Firms" in China.

CEC is a non-governmental organization representing businesses throughout China. It has approximately 436,000 members representing 34 industries in 30 provinces. ICMCI is the global association of national management consulting institutes from around the world.

Ron Machan, CEO and chairman of BearingPoint China, was presented with the award on Oct. 28 from Chen LanTong, executive vice chairman of CEC, during the 5th Management Consulting Summit in Beijing. CEC selected the Top 10 companies through a strict and open process, including client referrals, expert evaluation, online voting and on-site balloting.
