, today announced that the sale of substantially all of its North America Commercial Services business to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  (PwC) has been completed. Under the terms of the previously announced transaction, PwC acquired a significant portion of the Company's Commercial Services unit for approximately $44 million. The sale also includes PwC's purchase of the Company's global delivery centers in Shanghai, China and Bangalore, India; those transactions are expected to be finalized in the next several months.
