Bear Stearns expands worldwide convertible effort.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 1995--Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. announced today several new additions to its worldwide Convertible Securities Department.

Four professionals have joined the department in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

John Satenstein, formerly of Kidder Peabody, as a managing director responsible for convertible sales;

Richard Ng-Yow, formerly of Kidder Peabody and an Institutional Investor Institutional Investor
